Disliked: I booked the night stay with booking.com when I arrived at the hotel I was told there was nothing in the system even though I showed a confirmation from booking .com and I was required to pay again for the same hotel room. I was told in order to resolve this I would have to deal with booking com. Since it was late I just paid and went to my room. I feel as though some effort should have been made to verify my confirmation or at least accept the fact that I had one. Sometime during the night a confirmation was received however the hotel used the last booking instead of the one from booking.com and did not refund my money

Liked: I liked the breakfast options available.
Disliked: I didn’t like that booking.com advertises rooms that they don’t even have at this hotel. I paid extra for a specific room type and did not get compensated or reimbursed for the mishap. On top of that, the bathroom door never shut and the cleaning male staff was rude. Paris, the front desk lady was very nice and tried to help as much as possible
