Do Not Stay Here!! they...

Disliked: I made a reservation on Booking.com at this hotel and paid in advance $200 non-refundable. When I showed up to the hotel they did not have a room for me. They said they overbooked themselves. The hotel did not refund my money. Booking.com has not refunded my money. No one called me to tell me in advance they canceled my reservation. The manager did not reach out to me before OR after to apologize for cancelling my room. The hotel said it was not their problem and I had to take it up with the third party. They did not do anything to help me find another room to stay in that night. Still 10 days later and multiple messages to Booking.com and I have not been refunded. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Do NOT use Booking.com. I waited 10 days to write this review, giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping they would make it right and neither of them have.

Liked: Easy check in.

Not very pleasant

Liked: The location was great. The breakfast was good
Disliked: There were no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and the insulin had to be refrigerated. I had to ask for a ice bucket and cup. The staff stated I will try to round one up( he sounded as though I irritated him). No I am sorry I will get right on it. The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off. I was very disappointed. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Great stay but Doors Need...

Liked: Check in was easy, Comp breakfast was Great, Location is excellent(walking distance to anything you need)
Disliked: The doors are a major safety concern because they are so tight that they don’t close on there own and it took quite a bit of force to close it every time( had to slam it hard) also it’s a very heavy door and my elderly mom couldn’t even open it without help, so if she couldn’t leave the room without help.
