Young lady with red hair was very professional even though things were not going perfect!

Liked: So new, fresh and clean.
Disliked: Too bad shuttle van was broken down!

Liked: The staff was excellent, very helpful.
Disliked: The only problem was my room faced the highway and the noise was very unpleasant. It sounded more like a racetrack.

Loud interstate

Liked: Unable to sleep due to windows’ inability to buffer sound from I-25.

Liked: Price, location, and comfort. We often stay at Holiday Inns.

Good Location

Liked: Location, free car parking, spacious room, fairly quiet.
Disliked: Access to fresh milk for tea only available when the fridge was unlocked in the morning.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Each individual working the counter was great.
Disliked: The location made it a noisy stay. Also a lot of shady things taking place in the parking lot and in the area.

Exceptional

Liked: The lighting at the beds is too bright if one person in bed would like to read before going to sleep when the person in the other bed was ready to go to sleep. We unscrew the light bulb on the one side and put a towel over the lamp shade to dim the light each night. A control for each of the light bulbs and a dimmer switch would be awesome. Otherwise, everything was awesome! I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Thank you for a wonderful say while we gathered with family for dad's 90th birthday!
