Disliked: We didn’t stay checked out because the water was brown and couldn’t use it she said she didn’t know how long it was gone take for it start bad right then she said she couldn’t give us a refund because we use booking.com

Liked: Everything was great. Clean. The staff was very nice. Location was perfect for antiquing. Enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The lights in the room were very dim. Hard to read or anything.

Liked: It wasn’t what we were told, no omelettes, no fruit, no bacon
Disliked: Manager is prejudice, I called around 11:30 am to see if room would be ready by 3 she said we had a full house day prior ( that wasn’t answering my question) so I asked again should we be there by three and she sarcastically said yes it would be ready at three. We got there at 3:20. It was not ready. She ( manager) was in the back sitting and talking with one of the cleaning staff. The guy at the counter was very nice he came back w/manager she say anything (didn’t even acknowledge us) NO apologies the guy turned around and said it’s to be cleaned now to go now “ I said so do we need to come back” he said yes in about 25 minutes. We came back. It was ready. Got to the room. It was hair in the tub /shower Knob is stuck in up position on when water is turned on can wet you up, also gym was out of order
