Great place just need a better information chain.

Liked: The pool is amazing and very clean. The breakfast area was well thought out and wellMaintained.
Disliked: The staff need better training on what to say at checkin? We didnt know about the wristband policy for the pool until we tried to swim and saw a poster. We also were not told that you have to ask for any kind of housekeeping. I dont mind asking for housekeeping but I didnt know to ask. Also one of the two elevators was broken for our whole trip.

Disliked: I should have checked before packing, but I didn't realize there was a pool, so I didn't bring my swimsuit.
