Liked: Breakfast was excellent; many options to suitable for anyone's tastes. Room was comfortable, but will say that the "river view" was a pinhole view over top of a cement wall. Basically a great view of the parking lot (LOL), but that didn't make or break our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Location was the only downside for us; didn't realize that we would have a slight walk to catch the trolly for the game and not many sit down restaurants around in walking distance (spouse is on a cane, so anything over a 1/4-1/5 mile is far for him). Area seemed a little rougher too but none of that is on the hotel; I should have done more research on the distances. This is a great hotel overall!

Liked: Staff was great, front desk to room preps, all very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Simple, the bathroom needed an exhaust fan. The "Riverview" wasn't much to behold. Probably should change that description to "Riverside room"

Liked: Nice clean hotel. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Beds weren't the most comfortable. Located in a kinda sketchy area but no issues.

Definitely one of the better...

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Coffee available all day in the lobby was a nice treat. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel, but the staff was always available to answer my questions about the town
Disliked: I wish the bathrooms had ventilation fans

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Liked: Very relaxed atmosphere. Stayed in double queen suite. It was big and spacious. I've worked in housekeeping for 10+ years in various facilities , including as a Housekeeping Supervisor at a hotel , and can say that the beds were made to perfection here and room was clean. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job and is definitely not for the weak. The staff all looked like they all enjoyed working there. Front desk was friendly and helpful with questions. Housekeeping was great !
