Liked: Overall while experience. Traveled for a family emergency and had to check in late called but got no answer, but then the staff called us back and we were able to speak and explain our situation. Have never had that happen before truly appreciated it.

Liked: Everything is updated but had some card reading issues.
Disliked: The front desk lady. Upon arrival, I was already judge and with attitude ask for my age and why I was there. Then had an issue with the pool door, bathroom water issue and then my room door. My family didn’t feel welcome and even my kids ask why she gave us attitude when she came to check the water and it was literally spitting water and air at the same time. She gave us the look and vibe that we were lying about the water issue but told me that it wasn’t just my room that was having issues. A coworker had recommended this place to me but sadly my family didn’t have a good experience.
