Disliked: We don’t have toletries, tissue and toilet paper. The sink was clogged. We check- in late around 9pm and the front desk guy told us he will note that we can extend until 12nn. But the next day the lady at the front desk didn’t allow us to stay until 12 instead she said 11:30am

Liked: Staff was amazing. This hotel is clean& AC works. This is located in a shopping center and across the street from another plaza that has food etc. swimming pool was also great.

Nightmare stay

Disliked: I asked for a crib when I checked in. 3 hours later it still hadn’t come. I called the desk and was asked if I had requested one. I told them I had at check in. 45 minutes later a crib was delivered to my room without any sheets. However my son had already cried himself to sleep.
