Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I had a room that was attached to another room even though I was traveling with my grandkids alone. The hotel wasn't booked so I don't know why I put in that room. The breakfast bar was very limited compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The staff wasn't friendly at all. The cleaning service couldn't understand me and vice-versa.

Liked: The hotel was exceptionally clean it was very good hotel and staff was great I'm just waiting on them to put my $100 hold fee back on my card but other than that it was excellent

Disliked: I usually stay at this hotel every other week for 2 days. This last time, there was a service call on an electrical plug in the room. While I was gone all day, maintaince came in my room to fix the service call and when I returned to my room they locked me out cause no one reported the Headboard was broken and they tried to accuss me. After arguing with management they finally let me in my room. If there is a service call on a room, one I should've been told. Service calls should be done before check in or after I checked out since I was not the one who placed it.

Liked: we have stayed at many high priced hotels, this one exceeded them all. it was so clean as soon as you walked in smell was so refreshing, king size room so clean and fresh, breakfast was amazing hot buffet, different items every day from, eggs omelettes, different sausage even vegan and vegetable,potatoes and many more items.the staff was always so pleasant and helpful. stayed 4 days and will be back in June for a graduation.Thank you all for a very pleasant stay, Also an extra bonus you are only 10 minutes from the Casino.
