Passable
Liked: Check in was a bit rough. I thought I had booked an accessible room so that should have been noted; it was not. The dirty wash towel in the shower was not a great first sight. The second sight of the broken window blind made me a little more leery. The broken desk lamp just odd. But the bed was comfortable and clean so it was ok just not great. Breakfast was pretty bog standard. I would have expected more in 2025 than basic 2010 offerings

Liked: For the price it was okay
Disliked: The bathroom should’ve been cleaned before hand looks like it’s rarely cleaned the tub had all kinds of hair in it w a dark ring around the drain I asked to switch rooms the lady told me there wasn’t any left yet online it says there was 6 rooms available. Each day I had to get a new key to unlock my room on top of that I was put on the first floor by the exit with my window looking into the parking lot so I heard every door close along w mowing etc

It fulfilled what we needed...
Liked: The comfort of the bed
Disliked: There was Luke warm water in the shower and the shower had mold. The front desk was not friendly and there was only ice machines on the 4th and 5th floor with no vending machines other than at the front desk.

I will be returning to...
Liked: I had a wonderful King bed in my room and I slept very well. The cleaning staff were great, they ensured I had fresh towels and they always smiled and made me feel welcomed. The hot breakfast items were perfect; pork or turkey sausage patties, fried eggs, fried potatoes, and hot oatmeal with optional add ins. Fresh fruit and cold protein yogurt were also available.
Disliked: I expected a hot tub at the facility (per the website amenities listings) which was no longer on location. I paid additional money specifically for this hotel because they listed a hot tub. The fitness room smelled of mildew and something like urine, I ended up not using the fitness room for my entire stay. I also didn't like being informed when I got to the Holiday Inn Express (an IHG hotel) that because I booked my room through a third party (booking.com) I would have to pay an additional $100 deposit that I would get back in 5-7 days.
