Liked: Breakfast, not the best, dry tasteless. But hey it was complimentary
Disliked: Have a dining room to eat/bar. Had to go down the road, for a great meal and drinks. Will probably stay there next time in Calgary

Staff are rude

Liked: I like it. It was clean.
Disliked: I don’t like the staff. The receptionist who accommodate me that time was not good. I don’t think she has a good customer service. She accommodate the white person so well. Then when I came she was not so friendly. Maybe because I am Asian. As if she don’t want me to stay. When I paid and my card decline because I press the wrong pin she god irritated. She never tell me instructions on wifi etc etc. she just tell me my room number. So disappointing

Liked: Location and clean property.
Disliked: April 11th, Thursday evening Swimming pool had instructors teaching kids for swimming lessons while parents are walking around/occupying all the pool chairs and watching while we were swimming. Which is really awkward. Unless the parents are in the pool. It’s okay! I would never booked this place if there is lesions gets done on a hotel for kids in the swimming pool. No where indicated when I was booking it. Which is a horrible experience! Saturday April 13,2024 morning I asked for late check out since I was travelling with a child.. needed a half an hour because of her nap time…. like an hour or half an hour. Front desk staff said with the smile face NO sir!!! So I checked out at 11 and there is no house keeping on the floor and I came back after half an hour to check.. there was no one one the floor to clean as well. Agent at the front desk said hotel is fully booked. She was rude to few clients Friday night as well. The staff who c/O me was different. She was amazing and same as the staff who checked us in. Both were pleasant. Because of the NO sir staff I would never come back here.
