Liked: It's a beautiful facility and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved that the pillowcases had the firmness embroidered on them - several comfort levels to choose from. The TV was on with a personalized message welcoming me to the hotel. The amenities were great - a nice coffee maker with coffee & tea choices, a chaise lounge chair in the room with a small table that fit right up to it. I loved the design of the blackout roller shade in the room. The A/C heating element was quiet and easy to operate. The soap products in the bathroom were nice and plentiful, with various sizes of towels. I loved the marketing - the casual conversation tags to put on the door instead of the typical "do not disturb." The breakfast was delicious with so many options and a very cute small "to go" bag, which was great for travels to take along an apple and yogurt for the road. It's a beautiful place to stay with friendly, happy staff!
