Our room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a good experience. I would recommend it.

Disliked: I was a bit disappointed that we had to pay for parking. I can understand if people who are not guests park at the hotel, but we had already paid for the room, so I would assume that a parking space would be included with that. Are there really that many people who come to the hotel by public transportation? I would assume most people would have a car when they come to the hotel.

Liked: Everything else about the hotel was great!
Disliked: Parking was awful and inadequate. I do understand there were several events going on in town, but the lot is not nearly large enough to support the place.

Liked: The room was large with plenty of room for luggage and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and roomy.
Disliked: The elevators were a little old, and some of the buttons did not light up.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Hotel was only about a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was great. And just across the street was a shopping center complete with a grocery store, Marshall’s Clothing Store, McDonalds and a liquor store (if that’s your thing lol). Breakfast was pretty standard: eggs, toast, oatmeal, coffee and cinnamon rolls. Nothing fancy but definitely does the job.
Disliked: The room itself was a little dated, and though I slept well, my wife thought the beds were uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear conversation from the room directly behind the bed, but we were out more than we were in so it wasn’t a terrible bother. There was one front desk employee who clearly didn’t want to be bothered, but the young man who works the 11pm shift was very polite and helpful, and the young lady in the morning was always very welcoming and polite.

Worth the money and stay,...

Liked: The staff was super friedly. The room was clean. The breakfast was great, many hot or cold items to chose from. The sitting area was clean as well.
Disliked: The one thing that was parking...... We came in later of the night and parking was very limited.

Never stay again

Disliked: I explicitly asked two seperate beds since I wanted to stay with my son. I paid more comparing to the other hotels but they gave me a queen size bed and said it is up to them to provide type of the room. They put an additional bed into this little room. Contrary in the booking I choose two seperate rooms. That is the only issue that I have chosen this hotel but they didnt even apologize for this. Moreover first night the heater was not working. I will never stay again.

Disliked: I reserved 2 beds and they changed for 1 bed
