Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was great!
Disliked: We had problems checking in. The challenge with the hotel was the credit card booking.com uses was not accepting payment. Our daughters' room was much nicer and larger than ours.

Disliked: The hot tub was closed for maintenance. We chose this location because we anticipated using the hot tub after a long day of driving. When we booked this room the day before our stay, it said NOTHING about the hot tub not being available.

Overpriced outdated and smelled bad

Liked: The Hotel Staff was exceptional in each department (front desk, cleaning, breakfast). We were bummed out about the hot tub not working and I feel an e-mail could have been sent as it was down for weeks and they didn’t know when it would be working again.The room was comfortable and the main beds were very nice! The sofa bed was not comfortable. It had a broken bar on it and also the bed was very dirty. We arrived late with young kiddos and didn’t want to switch rooms at 10:00 so I cleaned the bed for my son to sleep in. The pool area was very nice but also fairly dirty. Lots of hair, wrappers, etc in the pool and just untidy in there overall but my kids were SO excited to swim and didn’t care too much. I went around and cleaned up a bit in there but chose not to swim because of this. The morning breakfast was 10/10! Fresh, hot, well stocked with protein of many sorts (meats, yogurts, eggs, milk). Gluten free and dairy free options as well. The friendliness of the staff and the selection at breakfast would be enough to return!
