Disliked: Outdoor Tables with umbrellas and pool and pool area closed disappointing. For the price we paid for hotel room

We liked it

Liked: Everything was very clean and nice.I liked the large room with lots of space.The breakfast looked good but due to an early appointment I did not get to enjoy it.
Disliked: My wife and I are both handicap and we were in a room all the way at the end of the hall and had to walk a long distance.There was a parking space and a door right by our room but the door was out of order.However the front desk staff was very helpful and found a wheelchair for my wife so she didn’t have to walk. She even pushed the wheelchair to the room for her

Great for long stay…. Excellent...

Liked: Location is good for our list to do in the area… breakfast is 7 plus …. Facilities are great for long stay like ours .Tiffany at the desk is a charm…. She made things happen for us …. Thank you Tiffany
Disliked: I booked a king and a standard room for me and my family few weeks prior to arrival …. Was surprised at check in that we were given a king and a handicap room … the front office manager ( Diborh I think) said something that I never heard of in the world of hotels …. She said you booked a standard room and that means we give you whatever we have available including accessible room and made it my fault that I picked a standard room at the time of reservation….. we were staying for 9 nights and they managed to move us to a regular king three days later ( thank you again Tiffany)…. Any way it was a bit inconvenient but we managed
