Liked: The staff was extremely nice
Disliked: Felt dirty as soon as I got into the room remote had either chocolate or poop smears on it the ac smells super bad was blowing dirty smelly air all night we woke up stuffy and super congested sheets felt dirty

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious.
Disliked: The pool lifts were not working.

STAT stay due to no...

Liked: I booked the hotel so my kids and I could sleep comfortably since the AC had shut down at my house. However, when i got to the hotel i got room 128 and the AC was not to my expectations. On the ac monitor the temperature supposedly was at “69” degrees and it was so humid and not even cold. I would never return here again.
