Liked: I booked a king room online only 20 minutes from the hotel and when I got there they didn't have a king room and I was told that there was a 24 hour cancelation policy so too bad so sad, whether you stay or not you pay.
Disliked: Having to pay extra for a room that I didn't request because the one I booked wasn't available when I got there and they didn't care.

Liked: I will be honest. The Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds i have stayed in. When we arrived, the staff greeted us by name when we walked in the door. We were a late check in, so that was very nice. They were also very helpful and kind. We were tired and they were outstanding.
Disliked: can't think of anything.

Usually stay at the Hyatt...

Liked: Very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
