I would recommend this property...

Liked: Location was perfect. Breakfast was nice and coffee 24/7 was ideal.
Disliked: Some of the staff wasn’t friendly. They had water out for us in lobby the first day. Then no more again and it was hot! Our room’s sink was slow draining. Hard to wash face and brush teeth with sink full of water (room 506). The bed I slept in hurt my back so it wasn’t comfortable for me. But everyone has preference for beds so not really a negative.

I will give it an...

Liked: It was very clean. Great location as far as being close to River Street and other surrounding places. The concierge, Mr. James was so nice and helpful. I really like they use Dove products in the bathroom, too.
Disliked: They need larger wash cloths in my opinion. They are pretty small and they limit what they give you. I know to bring our own next time. They have thin walls and the light outside the door definitely protrudes through at night

Overall, a great stay, staff...

Liked: Location in Historic Savannah. 1 block from river. Roof top was a plus to see fireworks.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor and not much available. Small eating area compared to number of guests.

Good area, maintence is lacking,...

Liked: Night front desk was nice
Disliked: Towels never came after calling twice. I finally went down and got them. Conditioner never filled all day and went back down to front desk. Microwave broken, fridge decided to not be cold but still ran. Expect more out of holiday inn
