Somewhat happy

Liked: The customer service was good, and it felt safe. It was quiet and appeared clean for the most part.
Disliked: The microwave and refrigerator weren't plugged in and weren't able to get it to work. I tried to reach the plug, and once putting in the outlet, it still didn't work.

Liked: Very clean! Loved the bed and soft sheets, the colors throughout the hotel were beautiful and relaxing!
Disliked: Wished there was info in the room about nearby restaurants or take out places and the tv service was not great

Nice little gem.

Liked: Very nice hotel in a somewhat isolated location from the main city. The room was a nice size, immaculate and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The manager on site was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. If I stop in Richmond again, I will certainly stay here again.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.
