Excellent value.

Liked: Quiet room, lovely staff, excellent breakfast.

Good

Liked: Good location for Portsmouth ferry. Rooms at rear not too noisy. Rooms were spacious.
Disliked: Unfortunately our family room was not made up so we had to ask for the additional bedding and towels for the sofa bed. Food was expensive and only ok.

Liked: The rooms were nice and big, bed was comfy.
Disliked: The area was quite far out of portsmouth, can’t really say it’s in portsmouth as it’s about a 10-15 min drive. breakfast was awful - eggs were soggy, no juices available for over half hour, milk kept running out in the machines and quality of food (if any!) was awful.

Liked: Location , the bed was so comfy and the two probablems we had, they sorted it within 10mins
Disliked: The staff couldn't do enough for us , it was only a short overnight but still fantastic, very happy and will definitely go back
