Disliked: Check is was bad this time. It's usually super fast. The girl mentioned they just redid the desks so maybe that was a factor, but it was not smooth.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Train runs right behind the hotel. Breakfast buffet was not kept supplied at a reasonable amount. Back entrance was not secure. I left my key in my room and when I went to the front desk to get a key they did not make me verify my identity or that I was a guest. Heating/air conditioning unit was EXTREMELY noisy so we shut it off. I have stayed at multiple holiday inn express and this property did not begin to meet expectations.

Liked: I hate booking.com, got stuck using it. Not once have you ever booked a room correctly over the years I’ve been stuck using you. Cost me money with no room, I’ve had to file fraudulent charges on you. I’ve even complained to the BBB. You suck, you’re like a software virus.
