Great location; very accommodating staff; clean and comfortable. Great value for money!

On going out to find a restaurant you quickly realise there aren't any and head back to hotel. However menu is cynical, not much choice and very expensive.

Liked: Staff were all very helpful, especially the waiter.
Disliked: Food poor and expensive.

Disliked: the beds are very hard - taps dont work properly in the bathroom - access to Poole on foot is very poor due to the location

Liked: We were happy with the room for our overnight stay. The menus for evening meal and breakfast were commensurate with the price we paid
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we did dislike as the room and comfort therein met our needs.

Liked: Excellent staff and great location, breakfast was plentiful.Sayani was particularly helpful on front desk and was always pleasant.Great hotel for the ferry.

Disliked: 3rd floor very noisy at night.Probably from machinery or aircon system on the roof or near our room.Very difficult to sleep with this noise.
