Liked: Friendly staff; nice room; close to where we had to go.
Disliked: Food wasn't the best but still filling.

Our room was definitely not up to par. We were not informed of the renovations, when we made our reservations. The carpet was bumpy and ripping in areas of our room and the cleanliness was not very comfortable. The overall smell was not fresh. Thankfully we were not in our room much of our stay. I would not recommend your place and would hope some type of compensation could be made to show customer appreciation.

Liked: Close to attractions and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Major renovation was taking place and I was not informed.

Disliked: The hotel's rooms need updates. The carpet smells, AC unit was next to bed which blew directly on one person, and the overall room had a musty smell

All-round perfect Stay.

Liked: This was perfect. A friend and I came into town to go to a performance in the city. The prices of the downtown hotels have risen out of our price range so the price here was wonderful. Location being right up Greentree hill was just a very short distance to the performance. The room was spacious and very clean. You staff were welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the restaurant right by the hotel. Good food and friendly staff. Free parking, easy to get there from the parkway. It is an all-round perfect deal. We will be back.
Disliked: I really can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Disliked: Wish there was more food options closer to the hotel rather than having to go into the city.

Liked: the staff were all very friendly and nice.
Disliked: There was black mold on the top of the shampoo etc. bottles in the shower, they need to be scrubbed; there were streaks of various sorts of liquid on the wall beside the bathroom sink; there were two black stains on the shower curtain; lack on insultation meant that we heard the person in the next room coughing all night, and heard every door slam when people checked out around 7:00 am. One of the two lightbulbs on the bedside lamp was burned out.
