Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Friendly staff; nice room; close to where we had to go.
Disliked: Food wasn't the best but still filling.

Our room was definitely not up to par. We were not informed of the renovations, when we made our reservations. The carpet was bumpy and ripping in areas of our room and the cleanliness was not very comfortable. The overall smell was not fresh. Thankfully we were not in our room much of our stay. I would not recommend your place and would hope some type of compensation could be made to show customer appreciation.

Liked: Close to attractions and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Major renovation was taking place and I was not informed.

Very good

Liked: The staff were very polite. Checking in and out was simple. The rooms were nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard: pancakes, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, milk, cereal. The hot choices seemed to change daily which added variety if you're there multiple days.
Disliked: There was no apple juice which is generally a staple at breakfast. No hot tub.

Disliked: It would have been much better if there were vegetables for breakfast.

Okay stay

Liked: We loved the location. Closed to downtown pitt. And the staff was great and helpful.
Disliked: First underatand I usually stay at LaQuinta. And for same things everything is twice cheaper. The pool was dirty. Breakfast wasnt refilled after 9 (then say done at 9 instead if 9.30) and it was crowded. Overall a good stay but you can get the same things twice cheaper at other hotels so was expecting a bit more for the value.

Disliked: Wouldn’t go longer than 1 pm for late checkout

Liked: The staff were very professional and nice.
Disliked: Extreme difficulty finding the actual location. 15+ minutes of driving in circles in a business complex to find it. Ended up calling corporate (which I thought was the actual location not corporate) and they were not helpful at all. When I finally got to the location I was told by the person at the front desk that they didn't receive a "building number" from the complex and that is why it is so hard to find. When we got our room everything was clean and as advertised. However, the water pressure on both the sink and shower was ridiculous. Barely any pressure at all. The hotel was tolerable for one night, but if my wife and I ever visit Pittsburgh again, we will surely be looking somewhere else.
