Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Friendly staff; nice room; close to where we had to go.
Disliked: Food wasn't the best but still filling.

Our room was definitely not up to par. We were not informed of the renovations, when we made our reservations. The carpet was bumpy and ripping in areas of our room and the cleanliness was not very comfortable. The overall smell was not fresh. Thankfully we were not in our room much of our stay. I would not recommend your place and would hope some type of compensation could be made to show customer appreciation.

Liked: Close to attractions and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Major renovation was taking place and I was not informed.

Very relaxing, convenient and comfortable stay that offers a delicious dinner buffet.

Liked: We loved that the hotel was on our route off US30 to Washington, DC and near Carnegie, Pa which is where my grandmother grew up. The food at the onsite restaurant was very good and the staff their is exceptional. Hotel was very neat and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

If I ever travel back to Pittsburgh, this hotel will be the first one I check for availability.

Liked: I traveled and stayed for the Drake Concert. The location was the closest to the Arena and A nice hotel for a reasonable price. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was exceptional and went above and beyond for their Guests. I had an issue with the heat in my room and with printing my boarding passes for my flight home. Both issues were handled quickly and resolved. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you ever visit the area or ever attend an event at the arena.
Disliked: I am a Breakfast person. Most complimentary Breakfasts are pretty basic, but good for complimentary. I felt the breakfast was good, but their could have been more choices. Depending on what you wanted, there weren't many options.
