Disliked: Air conditioner did not work in the lobby and I had to work with my partner in the lobby for 4 hours and it was 82 degrees in there.

Liked: Perfect location, clean, comfortable room

Liked: Location was great access to stores, entertainment, and major highways. Staff were friendly. The hotel rooms were dirty. Housekeeping should be doing more housekeeping. Pillowcase and comfortable were dirty. The bathroom could have used more cleaning. Nice rooms,but it was not clean.
Disliked: The hotel rooms were dirty. Could have used some dusting and cleaning. Bedding was not that clean. The housekeeping department is not doing a good job. These are issues that can be rectified.

Disliked: My issue is that you charged my card for the $50 incidentals and I have yet to receive the refund for that $50. I have never experienced being actually charged in advance, for an incidental fee, let alone, still waiting for the refund. I will give it until tomorrow, at which point I will have to see what I can do.

It was just a night...

Liked: I liked the location. It was easy to find from home.
Disliked: At the time of stay the key card system was down and we had to be escorted by security to our room. That made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. However we were safe throughout the night.
