The freaking worst!

Disliked: Where do I even begin? A man was able to get a key to my room after midnight. Staff never called to verify if I knew the gentleman or not, didn't ask about the reservation to the person that was given the key. I was in a hotel room with my four children alone.When I asked for bedding for the pull out sofa, front desk demanded that I come down and get the bedding myself. Why didn't housekeeping bring it to my room? In all my years of traveling with and without my kids, this was, by far, the absolute WORST hotel we've ever stayed at with the WORST customer service imaginable. 10/10 DON'T recommend.

Great hotel and great value

Liked: Full hot breakfast. Clean. Attendant refilled items as needed. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Love the sustainability focus with pumped soap, lotion, and conditioner.

Overall my stay was good....

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. There was lots of choices to choose from.
Disliked: The staff on the night if my checking must have been tired. I asked a question and he snap. But I wasn't going to let him ruin my time so I smile and said thank you.
