A few hours before I registered my wallet was stolen; all my credit cards, I.D. etc. The young girl at the front desk was so compassionate and kind. It really helped my stress level. I wish I could remember her name.

Friendly staff and central location

Liked: The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Gwen. She helped us connect with a bus tour of the city and warmly remembered us when we returned, asking about our experience. Gwen exemplified excellent customer service. Thank you! The location of the hotel is also ideal for sightseeing. Central and walkable. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast buffet had many options and the food was good.
Disliked: The furniture was dusty and the walls are a little thin. We could hear the people in the room next door. I received a text when we arrived asking if the room was ok. I reported the dust and they offered to remedy it but I had already wiped it down. They assured me they would let housekeeping know for future guests.
