Horrible experience waiting 40 minutes...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: I arrived 1:30am at the property after 10 hours off traveling only to arrive and the systems were offline. Myself and 7 other people waited for 40 minutes in the lobby at 1:30am in the morning trying to check in to go to sleep and they couldn’t help us telling us to be patient the whole time. Finally they had to do manual check ins giving us rooms with no key cards as they had to use the master key. I was sent to one room only for the staff member to tell me no its a different room and dragged my luggage to my new assigned room. I arrived and trash was everywhere, not sanitized at all. Horrible service. I canceled my booking for the next week after my cruise as I was planning to stay there again but not again!!!!

Decent place if you don’t...

Liked: Close to airport, with free parking and shuttle service. It was decent at best. Room was clean.
Disliked: Staff was not welcoming and helpful. AC was not working well. Carpet was damp in room from the humidity. Shower curtain was torn off. Whole place was in need of a refresh.

Exceptional

Great hotel near airport!

Liked: The IGH holiday Express hotels have been excellent for us. They are staffed with such pleasant and helpful people, the rooms are well thought out (two large stools for suitcases as well as luggage racks, good Dove products in bathroom, comfy beds with nice smooth sheets and good pillows of two comfort levels, good counter space in bathroom, coffee and tea in room & space to move about in the room). The breakfasts are very good with 4 hot food choices, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, breads, cinnamon buns…. Excellent shuttle service running every half hour to airport.
Disliked: The towels could be a little higher quality.
