If out of options, can...

Liked: good location and accessibility
Disliked: room wasn't cleaned 1/3 days, they ran out of water, breakfast was swept half hour before closing.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing location and good staff.
Disliked: Extreme small rooms if you have more luggage. Breakfast was not at all good and not sufficient enough for people. Have observed for 2 days when everything was finished and no one was bothered. As per them everything comes at night and if over cannot help. Many people have no option for breakfast.

Liked: The location was very close to the subway. It was safe and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection. The beds were comfortable. There was parking close by.
Disliked: We had to wait for a seat at breakfast. It was crowded in the breakfast room.,

Better to pay a few...

Liked: The hotel is in the middle of Manhattan, was easy to access all.
Disliked: In the little room we had only broken really old furniture, it was not possible to open the window even it was smelling in the whole building really bad. The room had a horrible view only to the airconditions, according to this it was really loud there. Like on an airplane. Every night. 24 hours per day. The room was dark, not possible to get daylight there. The bathroom was really small and time to renovate it. The carton by the tube was extremely disgusting.The breakfast was simply a shock. Plastic and paper plates, glasses and all. All the tables dirty, nobody is keeping them tidy. The offer of the breakfast is really poor quality, completely disappointing, we was there 2 mornings and gave it up. It was simply terrible there.
