Comfortable and relaxing

Liked: The room was nice and big and comfortable.Also, the bathroom was nice and clean.
Disliked: The fact that the elevator was broken and I had to be on the 3rd floor.

Liked: It was your typical breakfast. I did think the pancake machine was cool.
Disliked: My kids would have to say the pool. I would say the pool area was soooo hot i was going to pass out.

Disliked: The sheets had blood on them and not from us. When I brought it to the front desk person he didn’t care. I showed him pictures of the disgusting blood drops. There were more than one area.

Disliked: Dirty outdated room and bathroom, horrible breakfast (even if we call it breakfast) or serving expired milk. Do not recommend this place

Great stay! Easy to find...

Liked: Very clean. Super friendly stuff and helpful.
Disliked: The pool was so crowded wish they had time slots so everyone could enjoy it. It was just too full.

Lovely experience

Liked: Proximity to everything and very accommodating for a family of 6 with grandma
Disliked: I felt bad there wasn't enough service in terms of employees. The cleaning team was also responsible for the laundry at one point there was 1 person manning the desk for check In and any issues that arised. In our case the elevator was down which I understood was the priority but several times I found myself waiting for the lone employee to come back to the desk. When we also arrived there was no sheets for the pull out available so we had to go ask the front for sheets. And I know I wasn't the only guest it happened too. It was just a little inconvenient.
