Liked: Good variety of breakfast offerings - consistently. The lady in charge was great!, straightforward even when some items ran out. Considering the large groups of families with teenagers (softball teams), couldn't have asked for more. Had no difficulty finding handicap parking spaces/ones close to the entry, as we needed to come and go for HS graduation activities, family get-togethers, and some 'our time'.
Disliked: - Room needed some maintenance in the bathroom, most was easy to deal with, shower never did work correctly, shower switch for top & hand-held never worked (and if I was a few inches shorter couldn't have reached). Trust the on/off handle's leaking has been fixed by now.- Shower curtain was supplied; towels/washcloths never replaced, though had asked for.+ Over-all, nice room, & chain-pulls for both shades worked correctly.

Disliked: No pool even though it was part of my booking priority. No laundry. No vending. Staff didn't know where I could get certain things. I asked for a dinner suggestion and she said "I don't eat"

Liked: Breakfast was very good. It was the only thing good about the hotel
Disliked: Blinds would not fully close. Shower faucet so hard to turn, almost had to skip a shower. Air conditioner worked well but very noisy and blew directly onto you in bed. Carpet heavily stain and worn in elevator and other areas. Obvious lack of maintenance to many things. Fire alarm went off right after going to bed and took about 20 minutes to get stopped. Toilet very loud when flushed. Could hear toilet and shower from room next door.

Liked: The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be just a muffin and juice, but it was a delicious whole meal. I’m ,also, impressed with the helpful, friendly staff who made our stay perfect. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. We highly recommend this hotel. We definitely will stay here again.
Disliked: There is nothing not to like about this hotel.
