Disliked: One day I have to wait one hour and a half for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, I had actually spoken to the hotel manager, letting him know I'd be taking the shuttle at that time. He told me to email him when I got to the address I was supposed to (because I didn't have an American number to call). We did, but we never got a response. After an hour and a half of waiting, I found a phone and was able to get in touch. The hotel staff was terrible. They told me they hadn't seen any emails and that the shuttle wouldn't run at that time, and they hung up on me. Upon arriving at the hotel (via Uber), we spoke to the manager, and he asked us if we were at the right hotel or not. He said he didn't see our reservation (we had already checked in and had our bags in our room). In the morning we spoke with the manager and his attention was very disinterested, he didn't apologize appropriately, he looked for the emails and said he couldn't find them, when the night before we saw them with the manager (surely he deleted them), and his solution was to pay for our Uber, but we were very upset about the whole situation.
