Even though my stay was short, I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed myself. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. I will definitely come again to stay and recommend anybody to book a room :)

Disliked: Was given a small room on the ground floor. Looked like a makeshift room for the staff but was too tired to argue

Disliked: Breakfast was minimal and picked over (7am)Windows clouded and dirty in roomToilet and sink backed up upon checkin Key card or envelope doesn’t have address of hotel so be sure when out and about you know the address to get back. Put it on the key envelope with a sharpie helps with walking directions or uber.

Room didn’t meet expectations.

Liked: Location. Cleanliness in communal areas.
Disliked: Carpets in room is dirty and there is musty smell (from carpets).Maintenance underway which was not made clear when booking.

Great stay!

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful!The rooms were clean and freshly restocked each day and the facilities were nice! The location was great. Very walkable to Central Park, Broadway theaters, and the subway. I did not find the elevators to be slow. The elevators and breakfast WERE busy in the morning and the guest rooms WERE small, but it’s NYC- it is a very busy place in the morning and most facilities are somewhat small and crowded. My family of four was able to sit down and eat breakfast each day. I think going into it with realistic expectations is helpful because this is a very good, budget friendly hotel!

Liked: The personnel was great!
Disliked: The property was feeling dated, lots of noise from machinery from inside the hotel (a/c units, ventilation) construction was going on outside from early morning, poor breakfast choices
