Even though my stay was short, I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed myself. The staff was really helpful and pleasant. I will definitely come again to stay and recommend anybody to book a room :)

Liked: the bathroom was okay.
Disliked: furniture's we're old and the carpet was tear in some places. there were men working right outside our window at 8am in the morning.

Great stay

Liked: Location is absolutely perfect for visiting most of the NY tourist attractions. Walkable to Times Square and attractions around. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Lifts were a nightmare, one broke down and it took long time to go up and down. Limited space for breakfast so you may need to be early for space.

Aptly next to Hell's Kitchen,...

Liked: It was convenient for getting to the ship. There was nothing else positive to say
Disliked: Where do I start. We arrived at 1:30am after our flight was delayed only to be given the "last room available" which was in the basement. Loosely described as a room, it was more like a cupboard. It was damp, the toilet was leaking and the window looked out onto trash.The staff disinterest in moving us was clear however, after much heated discussion, they reluctantly moved us to the top floor. A better room and thankfully only for one more night. Breakfast was like a "feeding frenzy". All in all, the area is known as "Hell's Kitchen" - it was certainly hell!!

Disliked: Hello AllDespite the high amount we paid, we believe the room we were given was absolutely not worth the price. We are having a hard time understanding why such a room was assigned to us in the first place — it simply should not have been.
