Liked: Location was exceptional. The staff were amazing and friendly.
Disliked: Started off in incorrect room but this was fixed immediately and we given a correct room.

Excellent location if your looking...
Liked: Hotel amenities and location for me were excellent. I could cycle daily into the city along the ship canal paths whilst I spent 4 days on a course. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was very good for a hotel stay, but I feel the quality of the sausage eggs and coffee could be improved upon. None of these quite hit my standards of taste, I only use organic free range eggs, you can certainly tell the difference. Sourdough or rye would be nice to offer too.

Fab place for a short...
Liked: The reception staff super friendly as were anyone we had any interaction with to be honest. Rooms were very clean, beds comfy, and you had everything you would need for a short stay.
Disliked: The breakfast was just okay, however it’s free so can’t complain.
