Superb

Liked: It is a busy hotel but still the staff was helpful. The room is cozy, and the mattress comfortable. Good breakfast. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

Perfect for one night stay

Liked: Had everything you need no major bells and whistles rooms had everything you would need for an overnight stay Communication re shuttle on booking was spot on, very clear when found under questions, could maybe be included in policy about location etcBreakfast choice good in morning

Liked: Easy location for Stansted Airport with regular shuttle bus to and from airport. Early morning breakfast option for early flights. Very good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Nothing

Good location, rooms not maintained...

Liked: Good location, 5 minutes on coach from airport (paid £4 per person for very short journey)
Disliked: Very dirty and run down rooms. Bathroom was particularly grubby.
