Good Location which is easy to get to London city from. Helpful and friendly staff

Liked: Breakfast selection was good with decent choice of both hot and cold foods to pick from. Helpful and friendly room staff who looked after our rooms. Near Faringdon underground by walk or on public bus just outside the door.
Disliked: Bar didn't have tv on to watch a soccer match one of the nights we stayed there and staff member was not helpful to do so.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Super hotel all round, rooms were spacious and quiet, breakfast - good variety and quality, staff very helpful, left luggage which was important for us as we arrived early and left London late evening.
Disliked: The only slight downside was we were moved to Crown Plaza ( we understand holiday inn express was being used by government to house refugees) which was a lovely hotel but about 12 minutes walk from nearest tube plus buses weren't running on the road outside due to works.
