Would deffo recommend here for events near Drumsheds. Nice warm rooms.

Liked: Comfy beds; good lighting in toilets.
Disliked: No early check in.

Disliked: Could go with an upgrade, staff not overly knowledgeable on getting into London. Just hand you a sheet of paper with options. Thanks to staff on the underground and the bus station we found a much quicker way back!

Liked: Beautiful breakfast for Adults especially. Easy to get around as close to all public transport
Disliked: Breakfast choice for children was very littleNo fruit available first morning.2nd morning just apples.. no fruit salad or yogurts available. Bit disappointed for children as they don't really like English breakfast or cereal

Liked: The room wasn’t too bad, but when I checked into room number 12, I found that the air conditioning wasn’t working. I called reception, and they had to move me to room 3 after I explained that I had specifically chosen this hotel because of the air conditioning, as the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was poor, with very few options available, especially for Muslim guests
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing, and the hotel furniture was very old, which was quite the opposite of what I expected when I chose Holiday Inn as a brand. I was hoping for something much better.
