Avoid unless you can’t find...

Liked: This property would lie through their teeth to get bookings. The bar is stinking the lifts are old and both times stayed here pool was closed. We were emailed to say pool would be closed from the 6th but it was already closed in the 2nd which looks like with the demolition it was a week or two before so they lied to take money.
Disliked: Everything to be honest, it has potential but run into the ground

Liked: Good: quick easy check in. Amazing location. Very close to restaurants and ocean drive. Lovely lobby. Rooms very clean, beds clean and comfy. Negatives: had issues with the shower, maintenance was called but never came. When I rang the second time I said I needed to sleep so couldn’t wait any longer (I’d been travelling for 20 hours) but I asked if I could get some money back for the inconvenience - the response was no, because the shower works - suggesting I was lying!
Disliked: The staff member was rude.

A place to stay while...

Liked: Good location in Miami Beach
Disliked: Hard beds and pillows. Bathroom, lift, and other places were old and not in good condition

I would stay here again,...

Liked: Location was excellent, the hotel itself was lovely, loved the decor and the rooms were comfortable, a little dated but nothing too bad, we had a lovely room overlooking the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful Free coffee was good idea for the morning. In terms of location you have a CVS right over the road so you can get most things you may need in there, loads of eateries near by and good for shops!Walking distance to ocean drive and the beach. Good location for tourist activities.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t available, we were told in fairness that it would be out of order prior to our stay, however we’re were told it was due to open mid April and we arrived at the end of April and it was no where near completed! That was a shame, and the breakfast menu wasn’t great, so we chose not to eat there. Others clearly enjoyed it though.
