Very enjoyable.

Liked: Great location, very polite and helpful staff,breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: We paid extra for a view of the Albert Dock, but our windows would not open, and were so dirty you really couldn’t enjoy the view as it was so spoilt by the dirty windows.

I will always book this...

Liked: Tasha at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was incredible - I felt like royalty waking up with such views in an exceptionally comfortable bed, everything was so clean, the water pressure in the shower was good. The food was lush - I had dinner in the hotel once and the free breakfast twice, was very happy with both. The location was perfect both in terms of convenience and the scenery. It was not noisy. My checkout was great as well, the staff at the reception was so helpful and went above and beyond.
Disliked: The duvet was warm for me as I run hot when I sleep, but that's a very minor issue relative to how great everything else was!
