Disliked: Guy on reception very arrogant and staff member lady at breakfast was very rude - the reception guy was also working on the breakfast again very arrogant pushing past customers - being abrupt to guests - they showed no customer service not friendly and didn’t seem to want to be there

Liked: Very good location on Liverpool’s Albert Dock which was a short walk away from bus station and Liverpool One shopping centre for restaurants etc

Disliked: No air conditioning, the windows are dirty and won't open, and the room is stuffy. The breakfast was very poor, and there were no vegetables at all.

Great location terrible comfort

Disliked: Beds could have been bigger - they were only 4ft doubles. And no A/C - the rooms were stifling! Both things led to very poor or no sleep.
