Pleasant. Great location at airport....

Liked: It’s quiet and if the staff understand you then they’ll work to help your needs. There are some working who still need training.
Disliked: We stayed several days because of a storm which came through. It’s really just basic. No frills. It’s a simple ma pa type run place. Clean, towels available extra when needed. They really do want to please. They are worth the money.

Liked: This place has a lot of refurbished rooms. The rooms are just fine. It is bare bones basic but is clean and friendly and economical. It’s a good stay over. Why pay more?
Disliked: I hoped for more healthy choices in the little market at the front desk. Need Orange juice for breakfast.

Disliked: Staff was friendly but unprofessional, keys didn't work on many entrance doors, and free breakfast was poor.

Disliked: Rude StaffDidn’t refund 2nd night stay April 11th that we didn’t stay. They said it was Booking.coms fault and the hotel itself was the ones that added a night in their facility. Not Booking.com. Very bad experience. No more Holiday Inn for us! ( 15 Years going to IHG)
