Everything was good about our stay. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were amazing - had a really good night's sleep. Would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was good, and atmosphere was nice and relaxing.
Disliked: Can management repair that gash under the stairway-?gives it a jaded outlook

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice location next to stadium.
Disliked: The air conditioning in the hotel was not working despite the weather being hot, so we were given portable.fans in our rooms. Had poor sleep as it was still so hot and stuffy.

Very awful. The worst stay...

Liked: Nothing. The worst stay I have ever had
Disliked: The AC was not working and the room was very misty and smelled of damp. I could not sleep at all.I won’t book with them again.

Son’s university graduation ceremony, won’t...

Liked: Breakfast adequate
Disliked: No air conditioning, fan very noisy. Poor sleep .Unable to have extra bed in room. Son had to have room on his own which made stay very expensive, +£200 for a single night.

Didn’t stay long enough to...

Liked: Location was good for my daughter’s graduation. Loved the pancake maker. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: No air conditioning Cooked breakfast could have been a bit better. Scrambled eggs over done and hash browns soggy.

Liked hotel and location but...

Liked: Location and breakfast
Disliked: No air conditioning (it was broken).Had one small fan. Window only opened a little bit. Lack of air. Very difficult to sleep.
