Holiday Inn Express Leicester

Everything was good about our stay. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were amazing - had a really good night's sleep. Would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable stay & the breakfast...

Liked: Rooms were clean, staff were very courteous especially Isabella (very welcoming & helpful lady). Our stay was most enjoyable & we’ll recommend it to our friends.
Disliked: The a/cs not working was a problem as temperatures were quite high. Room 407 had slow draining shower tray & handwash basin. This was reported, but wasn’t resolved.

Disliked: Hotel had ran out of items, I.e draught beer which obviously embarrassed staff,,, and the need to empty the bottles into the bottle bank at 7am on a Sunday morning was a tad thoughtless and needs addressing.

Liked: Breakfast was nice and plenty of options.
Disliked: When ordering a drink all draught beers were not available. Same as the soft drinks on draught were not on.
