Liked: The main receptionist ( a man) was extremely nice, polite and helpful
Disliked: The food was dreadfully, almost inedible and the lady serving breakfast was down right miserable. Frosty and not helpful

The good ,bad and the...

Liked: What I did like which wasn't alot and the only reason I didn't demand to see a manager. The reception staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough.Obviously they could see I wasn't well. They were really kind and attentive she asked if our stay was OK this morning I didn't have the heart or energy to go through it all so said it was fine. She asked if I was OK I just said I was tired I hadn't the heart to say how stressed I was to have someone put there head round the door while I was hiding from a maid naked.Well what can I say I planned a stress free stay so I could just relax well that didn't happen. But the reception team are a credit to you fantastic service
Disliked: Well I will start with the room.I booked a disabled room as I was having ongoing treatment at Glenfield hospital.I thought with cronia virus it would be extra clean and was expecting a spotless room but nope. There were crumbs under the bed, the phone by the bed was filthy it looked liked a drink or something had spilt on it and had a black hair stuck on it.Then there was a wired stain on the sofa.I really couldn't use that bathroom they need to hire a pressure washer all around the back of the toilet had yellow looked like pee stains. The sink hand a crack and the drain cover was broken. The floor is discusting mouldy dirty staines. There's no excuse there are things in the supermarket to get these staines off.On the whole the room was pretty grim to be honest but it was for one night and I was so stressed after a day at Glenfield having tests. What wasn't made clear I booked b&b and evening meal.I did this so I could just rest. What they failed to say was the evening meal is a takeaway you order online thats delivered to the hotel to eat in your room. There wasn't anywhere to eat in the room there's one chair so one of us could use the make table. So although there was quite a choice you were limited as you had no plates knives and forks nothing so we ordered pizza. It came cold there was nowhere to warm it up so had one slice.I was having tests to monitor how my food travels to my stomach so it's really not exceptable.I would have thought food could have been cooked in the hotel and bought to our room.Nope our evening meal was cold pizza pretty discusting. Then breakfast what can I say its given to you in a bag to take to your room to eat.It wasn't pleasant trying to eat without plates or anywhere to eat on a coffee table there wasn't one.Shambles you really need to explain your limited service I wouldnt have booked any meals.
