Holiday Inn Express Leicester

Everything was good about our stay. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were amazing - had a really good night's sleep. Would recommend this hotel.

Value for money but no...

Disliked: Lighting in room poor.Window difficult to open.No Toilet Brush in bathroom.No lunch or dinner at hotel.... had to walk 15 minutes to local eatery.

Convenient location and extremely good...

Liked: Reasonably convenient location for the Rugby stadium. Everything was very clean, confortable and the staff were very helpful. Really nice to have parking and a full breakfast included in the price, which is usually extra these days. And complementary current magazines of all interests! All in all exceptionally good for the price we paid on a match day.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Disliked: We arrived on Sunday evening and the milk/tea supplies in our room had run out, and the reception did not have any extra. Very frustrating early on Monday morning when we wanted an early cuppa in bed
