Liked: Not happy with the person working late Monday night upon arrival. It was a heavy set black woman, not friendly and questioned me about my disability how long I have had it. All because I have a service dog. It’s illegal for hotel staff to question me about my disability. Secondly, there was a dog barking for hours outside my door. I asked to switch rooms and come to find the elevator was having an issue. After shift change the guy who came on was sweet and called the owner. I was very pleased with the breakfast and probably the only reason I would consider staying again. However, that thought quickly came to an end when upon check out I was asked if I had a car and automatically I said yes. Nothing was said when I arrived and then following that comment upon check out again nothing was said following that question. A couple minutes later I said “is there a reason you asked about my car, is there a fee?” The woman said yes. I said no one explained it to me. She was very abrupt started showing me on the website. But I didn’t book on the website and no one explained. $40 and again I was questioned about my dog and my disability at the end of the stay. I never have been met with such disgust at a hotel. I am not happy with my stay and I want some sort of credit please for a make good.
