Great location, but slipping a...

Liked: We've stayed at this hotel several times now and it is a great location for visiting our family. It is generally quiet and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: At least one of the USB plugs at the bedside did not work. We usually don't get breakfast although we have tried the coffee and it has not been very good. This trip there were a lot of noisy people around us. And one night someone in the room beside us had a tv on nearly all night. Another thing is that on the weekends the cleaning staff started very early and there was a lot of shouting back and forth between them. Ironically, this didn't occur on Monday morning. I understand the need to get rooms cleaned quickly but the shouting and banging of doors is unnecessary. Also, when we walked out the side door there were two or three employees smoking. Even if we had come out of the front we would have had to walk past them to get to our car. This doesn't present a good image of the hotel overall.

Liked: This was a fantastic place to stay - I'd even say underrated, could have stayed here several days. Grateful to have easy to use TV that broadcast NCAA Tournament - something I can't take for granted anymore with balkanized internet TV. Exceptionally comfortable rooms, large breakfast area with an excellent selection of food.

Liked: Not one thing.
Disliked: My first night there at 9:45pm my toilet got clogged I phoned the first desk for maintenance, I was told no one was at the facility that could do anything and I would need to come downstairs all night until 11am the next morning when maintenance MIGHT be back in to fix the problem. I had to go downstairs myself and ask for maintenance because no one even bothered to leave a note for the morning shift!! I had 2 small children with me on this trip! VERY INCONVENIENT AND VERY UNSAFE!!

Disliked: The bathroom was not cleaned the best, the toilet ran all night, and the phone didn't work.
