Stay was good with exception...

Liked: Room was clean and staff was nice.
Disliked: Toilet in room didnt work correctly. Tank would not fill up with water. So problems flushing.TV. Certain channels such as HBO and ESPN and a few others would not come through on TV set.

Disliked: It was incredibly and unbelievably lame that there was no one of consequence on the staff that could Grant a late check out. I came to Wisconsin to see a friend of mine's child be baptized. That was literally the only reason. When I asked for a late check out and order to manage my time a bit better, it was granted until 12:00. That is not a late check out.I understand that it was a holiday but the fact that both managers were not available to help out the young lady at the front desk was really frustrating. Customer service is what makes a hotel outside of the cleanliness and the amenities.I was disappointed and had to schlep a bunch of stuff with me rather than having the convenience of a late check out which every other hotel in the universe would Grant especially in a small town like Janesville Wisconsin.

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
Disliked: The pool was disgusting from other guests. My kids found balls of human hair, bandaids, food, pieces of toys.. there was other younger girls there that were running around the hotel swearing and being extremely inappropriate, it kinda ruined my families weekend there.
