Disliked: The breakfast could have been a little better. The same thing was severe both days that I was there. No pancakes, no waffles, no bacon.

Disliked: Breakfast did not have a lot of options no pancakes because pancake machine was broken, no waffles. only choice of meat they had was sausage.Also no milk cartoons, guest had to pass around a gallon of 2%milk.

Terrible stay!!!

Liked: The only thing that was pleasant was the location.
Disliked: I would not recommend! The rooms were unclean. I asked for towels and was told that there was none. I could not believe they were serious. I’m not even sure if our linens were clean by the way staff said they have none to replenish for new arrivals. The staff is dissatisfied with management as they are trying to do their jobs but do not have enough items to. Also we had no soap In the bathroom to wash with. Went to front desk and was told there was none and was handed a tiny box of dove soap. We also needed to ask for Toilet Paper as there was next to none in the room. Breakfast was a disaster. We came down an hr before closing and there was no food available at all. A pancake machine with no pancake mix and was not on….there was no Brad or muffins or anything in the bread box. All of the hot food items were gone. The apple juice machine didn’t work they had a jug in the refrigerator. I asked the dietary staff if there was any food left as myself and others were waiting to eat she said it would be 10 min. She did bring out some more eggs and said that was the last of them. Needless to say the only thing great about breakfast was the coffee. My total was 100$ more upon checkout then it was quoted to me. I feel like I was robbed staying here paying that much money to shower, sleep and grab a quick breakfast. All of which were disappointing. I always choose Holiday Inn when booking but now I probably won’t.
