Made reservations; it didn't say anywhere that a 19 year old couldn't stay there. Drove a long way, wanted to stay in case weather was bad. They turned us away, and not in a nice way. Didn't offer to help us fine someplace that would take us.

Disliked: Rude people.

The Indianapolis Comfort Inn was a good deal for the price.

Liked: The woman checking me in at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine (and what I expected).
Disliked: The TV wouldn't turn off but instead went to a "glowing gray" that stayed on all night (neither the remote nor the manual controls would do anything). I reported it the next morning to the desk staff and they said they would look at it.

Awful management

Liked: The room was clean but that’s it
Disliked: The Hispanic lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional first she asked for a cash deposit because I was local and then when I get back the other woman who was a sweet Indian lady informed me they don’t do cash deposit. After I get checked in and have eaten and laid down the Hispanic woman then cop knocks my door claiming my room reeks of marijuana and that I have to leave so I explain to her I haven’t smoked in the room and I don’t smoke at all even offer her to come in the room she declined and offered me another room but at this point she has made me pack up all of my belongings and get dressed so I left. None of the employees we’re wearing name tags so I had no names
